Deleting running instance shows an error toast

### Current Behavior

Upon deleting an instance, this toast was shown...

Notes:
- I was on the /logs page when I operated the instance deletion
- the instance was ultimately deleted.
- the page did redirect upon completion (to the application)
- triggered 500 error in the app

### Expected Behavior

should not be complaining about log slice
