FF Expert Assistant iteration: build application inside FlowFuse

### Description

**As a FlowFuse user building with the Expert Assistant**

**I want to have the Assistant build my application for me**

**So that my initial text entry and subsequent iterations are delivered to me as a completed application**

This iteration gets us to the end state of the user using text input to stand up a functional application. Ways of doing this have been proposed, such as having the Expert Assistant create a snapshot that is used to stand up an instance or more.

One requirement will be that the Expert Assistant introduces a 'build' step, where the user is asked to confirm what is about to be built, as the tool will then proceed to put it together.
