Device settings a Group level

As a FlowFuse users
I would like to be able to define device settings at a group level
So I don't need to do it to each device in the group

(These settings will be included in a snapshot so will be set by the source snapshot if the group is used in a pipeline)

Team + Enterprise Tiers (EE)
