### Description

**As a FlowFuse user developing a MES/SCADA system**

**I want to manage tags**

**So that my SCADA or MES system is functional and well-organized**

A [Tag database](https://www.docs.inductiveautomation.com/docs/7.9/tags/understanding-tags) organizes the things that constitute the SCADA/MES system and enable all of the operations of those systems. The Tag database itself lists the things that exist in the system.

As of now, FlowFuse doesn't offer a way to set one up. Now that we have the Tables offering, we should have what we need to enable this.

The lack of one has been identified as a deficit by @Steve-Mcl in his presentation at the last Team Summit.

We should offer a way of creating a Tag database.

One approach could be to create a Tag creation workflow that has the user designate tags and apply them, and then stores this in a FlowFuse Table (or allows it to be exported to an external table).

(If this is connected explicitly to a FlowFuse Table, then the feature is implicitly Enterprise-only for now.)
