Update the loading animations

### Description

Given our new updated layout, the existing loading screens do not match.

This, coupled with the fact that the lottie-animations used to animate it do not respond well to vue transitions it would be a good time to update both.

in the video sample the transition is extended to 2 seconds in order to exacerbate the effect.
