Once a team is created, you cannot create a second team until you refresh the page or navigate to a third team

### Current Behavior

When trying to create a new team in FlowFuse, the "Create New Team" button would sometimes not work, requiring a refresh of the page or navigation to another team before it would work again. This was a reproducible bug that Rob encountered during a customer meeting.

### Expected Behavior

You should be able to create further teams without refreshing the page.

### Steps To Reproduce

Create a team, select the option to create a second team from the drop down, nothing happens.

- Node.js version: not known

- Platform/OS: Redhat / Docker
- Browser: Chrome latest
