Segmented Onboarding

### Description

Our current onboarding experience is segmented only by tier: new users get a slightly different experience depending on which tier they have chosen. But a much richer experience can be offered by segmenting users based on their join reason, how they arrived at the platform, and progressive profiling questions offered during a team creation flow.
