AI FlowFuse Management

### Description

As we improve the Node-RED and FlowFuse experience with AI, one natural step is to allow users to manage their FlowFuse applications using AI. This will include using natural language prompts to:

- create an instance
- deploy a blueprint
- review audit logs for performance issues
- create descriptions for Snapshots
- interact with MQTT broker, database, Node-RED
- Help with SQL in Tables node
- Dashboard building and editing
