MES modules

### Description

To market to our ICP, it is essential that make very clear how their use cases can be achieved with FlowFuse. As we are gaining traction for MES, this task is to provide MES functionality very visibly in the UI. This may be achieved with Blueprints, dashboard nodes, or a distinct feature in the UI.

This includes:
- Labor management module (Dashboard/analytics, MES component)
- Regulatory compliance functionality (Blueprint, MES component)
- Quality management module (Dashboard nodes, MES component)
