FlowFuse on K8s support Crunchy PostgreSQL cluster operator

### Description

The secret created for a Crunchy PostgreSQL database by it's Operator contains all the connection details for the database not just the username/password credentials.

Look at being able to import all the details in one from the secret rather than having to specify the host/port separately.

This is likely to a script in the sidecar container that updates the configuration file with secrets on K8s rather than part of the helm chart directly.
