Create HTTPS routes for Node-RED instances on K8s

### Description

By default we currently only create HTTP routes (unless certbot is enabled) to the Node-RED instances and expect the LoadBalancer to handle redirects to HTTPS path since it is normally doing HTTPS termination.

This is to make life easier on OpenShift

This would require updates to both the k8s driver and the helm chart.
