Update forge app to use paginated instance logs API

### Description

The launcher has been updated via https://github.com/FlowFuse/nr-launcher/pull/335 to expose a logs api with cursor-based pagination.

This task is to update the forge app to make use of that API (if available, based on the known launcher version `>= 2.16.1`)
