Instance counter not refreshing on the change team type page

### Current Behavior

When downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier that allows fewer instances, users are required to delete some instances. After deletion the number of actual instances is not reflected when accessing the change team type page and the button is still disabled.

Users are forced to refresh the page.

The devices counter works fine.

the instance counter should refresh automatically
