Not obvious how to push snapshots to multiple Remote Instances

Just went to record a demo for the Node-RED Academy, and it's a painful UX...

I have 2 x Remote Instances, I want the same flow running on both. Device Groups help me here, and _I_ know the solution is Pipelines, but tat isn't intuitive at all. The "Target Snapshot" in the top-right shows blank text but with a tick, it's not interactive, nor does it indicate _how_ to set a Target Snapshot.

Instead, this should direct to the Pipelines view, where a user can create a pipeline, and possibly even get more help/instruction on how to configure this.
