Expose "Protect Instance" options in Pipelines

### Description

We offer the chance to "Protect" an Instance, which prevent direct access to an Editor, and in is particular useful for "Production" instances whereby you're only pushing flows via a DevOps Pipeline.

The setting is fairly hidden though, and not mentioned/exposed at all in the Pipelines view where it's application is most useful.

This task captures the work to see if we can include an option somewhere in the pipelines view such that you can enable "Protected" mode for the last stage/instance of a Pipeline.
