Description

### Current Behavior

If the FlowFuse instance is updated, the old frontend code will continue to run in any open browser sessions.

### Expected Behavior

The UI should prompt the user to reload the page to get the latest UI features.

### Steps To Reproduce

install FF
open UI
upgrade FF

### Environment

- FlowFuse version: 2.10.0
