Allow device kebab actions to be performed from within the device overview

### Description

I would like to be able to operate device actions (found on the device list table kebab menu) to be performed from the device overview.

#### Background:
When I have a device overview open, I often need to perform an action like "regenerate credentials". I am currently forced to go to the device list, scroll or search for the device in question, operate the kebab action, then navigate back to where i was in the first place. This is breaks train of thought and is cumbersome.
