Cannot submit `Create Administrator User` form with return button

### Description

While completing the first self-hosted platform setup, available on URL `/setup`, I cannot submit the `Create Administrator User` form by hitting the return (enter) button. This is quite confusing and makes me feel that the application stopped responding to my inputs.
