Logs are truncated at (re)start

### Current Behavior

Logs of a Node-RED project in FF are truncated when stopped and started again, or just restarted.

### Expected Behavior

The log of previous runs remain in the scroll back, or maybe just the last X bytes?

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Check the current logs with timestamps
2. Restart a project
3. Check the log page again, last lines were removed

### Environment

- FlowForge version: Cloud, as of March 2022
