Move 'regenerate configuration' option to Device Settings view

Before we had a view for an individual device, the only way to interact with the device was via the drop-down menu on the Team Devices table.

In particular, the 'generate configration' option (for generating new credentials) is only available on those drop-downs.

This shouldn't be a common task on a device, so doesn't really need to be on all the drop-down menus. But it should be on the Device's Settings/Danger view.
