Devices info box have inconsistent pictograms and dialog titles

### Current Behavior

Spotted inconsistencies while developing new device setup methods.

I would have simply dived in and fixed these up but I am uncertain on the correct pictograms and dialog title format since they all vary (I could decern no pattern to follow)

Perhaps @Yndira-FlowForge or @joepavitt could advice?

1. The pictogram on this page is different to the others (not sure which is the right pictogram)

1. I believe the pictogram on this page is the one used for snapshots
2. The title of the dialog is misleading

2. The format of the title on the dialog is very different

Consistent messaging for familiarity
