Direct Snapshot creation from warning screen in a Pipeline

## Current Behavior
When executing a pipeline where the source is set as a snapshot, but no snapshot is available, the system currently displays a warning. This warning prompts the user to manually create a snapshot on the snapshot page. This process requires the user to switch between different tabs and screens, which can be time-consuming and disrupt the workflow.

## Feature Request
I propose an improvement where users have the ability to create a snapshot directly from the warning screen. This would streamline the process, making it more efficient and user-friendly. Specifically, when the warning about the absence of a snapshot appears, there could be an option (like a button) within the same screen that allows users to create a new snapshot without needing to navigate away to a different page or tab.
