Sentry eating through allowance too fast

### Current Behavior

Sentry is eating through the profilling and reply values too fast (full allowance of profiling in 3 days, full allowance of replays in 7)

### Expected Behavior

Should last the full month, options this far are:

- Increase allowances (costs $$$)
- Decrease reporting
- Filter out device check in events entirely
