Docs: Remote Development on Devices

### Description

We are getting a lot of support tickets linked to the remote editing on devices. Whilst we do have documentation on this, it is written from a technical angle, and not from a user's perspective of understanding what they may want to assign a device to an Instance or Application. We also include no screenshots to help guide the user around the platform, and make the general UX more frictionless.
