### Description
Often, dialogs obscure information I need to see when a dialog is popped up.
Example:
I would like the ability to simply move the dialog without having to dismiss it.
There are many ways to achieve this I am sure but here is a working example: https://vueuse.org/core/useDraggable/#demo that supports vue 3 + webpack/vite/others
