Add remaining Application Level Audit Log Entries

Now that there is a framework for logging and displaying application level audit log events, there is a task to collate and implement any actions/events that need adding to the Application Audit log

This task was generated because the API/UI/structure and MVP amount of logging for Application Level Audit Logging was implemented in #1978
