Dashboard Activity in Audit Log

### Description

We currently report Node-RED activity in the Audit Log for any authenticated users. Given that we now have the Dashboard Viewer role, [it has been requested](https://github.com/flowforge/flowforge-nr-dashboard/issues/56) that we log activity at the Dashboard level too, e.g. button clicks, forms submitted.

There is some crossover work to be done with Dashboard here too (likely 2.0 at this stage - tracking [here](https://github.com/flowforge/flowforge-nr-dashboard/issues/56)) but wanted to ensure we're tracking both sides, and that we architect accordingly.
