Platform Audit Log filter list doesn't include platform audit log events

### Current Behavior

The Platform Audit Log provides an 'event type' filter.

The options in the filter are all Team level events - none of the Platform level events are listed. This means I cannot easily filter the list to see platform events of a given type.

### Expected Behavior

The event filter should list the events for the platform log.

Got to the Platform Audit Log view (`/admin/audit-log`)
