Team library shows empty after deleting a folder

### Current Behavior

### Expected Behavior

To show either show an empty folder OR navigate up the tree to show other folders/json files

### Steps To Reproduce

1. In NR:
1. create a new folder named `new-folder`
2. export a `flows.json` to `new-folder`
3. In FF:
1. refresh the view, browse into the "new-folder"
2. click the kebab and delete `flows.json`

### Environment

- FlowForge version: 1.9 (current)
- Platform/OS: Windows
- Browser: Chrome
