Add option to bind Instance on the "Device" screen, rather than the kebab menu

Subject to potential changes to Devices _requiring_ a bound Instance in #2334. If this is no longer the case, then a variation of this task should still be considered.

I don't find it intuitive to select the kebab menu for a given device. Instead, I think it's natural to click on a given Device instead. If I do this, I'm taken to this screen:

Which has no functionality at all for binding instances to the Device, it just informs the user which instance/application is already bound. Some functionality should be added here if the user wishes to bind the Instance.
