Ordering of teams by Members in FF Admin only sorts the teams already shown on the page

### Current Behavior

When I view the list of teams and order by Members or Application Instances the page orders what is already loaded not the full team list.

### Expected Behavior

When I order by a number the full dataset should be checked and the relevant teams should be shown.

### Steps To Reproduce

Go into Admin, Teams, order by Members DESC. There are teams which have more members than the top few results.

- FlowForge version: 1.8 production
- Node.js version: current FF Cloud
- npm version: current FF Cloud
- Platform/OS: Mac current
- Browser:Chrome current
