### Description
There are new pictograms available [here], based on the empty states graphics. (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12CVebPePLnM-HGmbj2az89-EcylDAD1x?usp=sharing).
I uploaded one for pipelines just in case, I'm not sure if this section will have a pop up.
@Steve-Mcl was updating the ones for application, instances, devices and library [here](#2177).
