Apparent lag on starting a Node-RED application on FlowForge

### Current Behavior

During our Node-RED Dashboard webinar, a public link to a dashboard running on FF Cloud was given to all participants. The initial connecting to the URL was very slow. It took close to 30 seconds for me to actually see the dashboard. Once I was connected, the Dashboard redeploys was very quick.

### Expected Behavior

If many people are trying to access a Node-RED application at the same time, FF Cloud should be able to handle spikes in traffic of end points trying to connect to the application.
