Team level SSO with roles assigned from SAML Claims

### Description

As an Integrator using FlowForge (either Cloud or dedicated instance)
I want to create teams/projects for my customers and delegate authenticate/autorization access to my customers' SSO provider
So I do not need to worry about managing the on boarding/off boarding of their users/employees

Example possible implementation:

Allow email domains to be bound at a team level (rather than at a platform level) authenticated by an SSO provider and have the RBAC level set by SAML claims.
