Description
Solely for platform admin convenience, currently the admin panel has zero understanding of the difference between applications and instances.
This proposal has several levels:
- Rename any mention of "projects" within the admin UI to application instances
- Update the Admin UI to include Application count along with Instance count
- Add a new applications tab that list all applications (across all teams) within the platform, with search
