Installed Modules Re-Install button

### Description

For the use case of updating 3rd parties packages it would be great if an instance could upgrade via re-install of the actual version of "Installed Modules". We have ~ ^ and fixed in version tags and it would be very nice for development if the contribution nodes still the same, but the library has just a fix 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 for example.
