Install new Node-RED versions via FlowForge

**As an:** Admin user of FlowForge

**I want to:** be able to install the latest versions of Node-RED via FlowForge

**So that:** I don't have to keep leaving FlowForge to update and install the latest versions of Node-RED, and keep tabs of which versions of Node-RED I have installed.

### Which customers would this be availble to

All Users, (CE)

### Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Single view in FlowForge of which Node-RED versions I have installed on my machine
- [ ] API call to check on latest versions of Node-RED that are available?
- [ ] Single click "install/download" option for any available Node-RED versions
