Allow a NR flow access to the details of the devices currently attached to the project

### Description

Allow a NR flow to query FF to get the details of the devices which are attached to the project.

This would allow the flow to understand what devices it has access to, this would allow the flow to run code where a device is offline or when a new device is added.

There should be a custom node which can take in a msg and responds with the data on the project's devices.
