Description
### Current Behavior
As a user I'm prompted to upgrade the stack:
When clicked I expect to just upgrade the stack, instead I'm send to a generic setting screen. In this screen it doesn't provide any additional information, but I have to click the same button again:
### Expected Behavior
Either I'm send to a page where it shows what I'm upgrading and the impact, or the first button just upgrades the stack.
