Flow Comparison: Render a list of properties that have been changed

### Description

Users should be made aware of any property/config changes on a node that are not reflected by visual positional changes on a flow.

Rendering a table of properties as a right floating tray/menu would be a good first iteration here. Important not to take up more vertical space than the flow-renderer requires.
