FlowForge Docker won't run on Synology NAS

### Current Behavior

Projects fail to start

### Expected Behavior

Document supported scheduler

If possible detect available scheduler and pick different CPU options for Stack.

Try to run on Synology NAS

- npm version: 8.x
- Platform/OS: Synology NAS/Linux
