Installer: Add possibility to remove Device Agent via `Installed apps` box

### Description

As a Windows user, I would like to have the possibility to remove the Device Agent from the system using the `Installed apps` system feature.
The goal of this task is to extend the existing Device Agent Installer and add a step responsible for adding a proper Windows registry entry. See the attached screenshot for details. Registry entry should be removed on the Device Agent removal step.
