Unexpected restart of Node-RED led to editor tunnel not being reconnected

### Current Behavior

An Uncaught Exception in a node caused Node-RED to restart whilst I had the Device Editor open.

Node-RED was restarted as expected, but no attempt was made to reconnect the editor tunnel. I had to manually toggle it in the platform dashboard.

### Expected Behavior

Editor tunnel connection recovers after a NR restart
