Set top most results- prompt user for starting character instead

Hello,

How can I assign, for example, typing the letter 'e' to Excel as topmost?
In this case, I did it by manually navigating all the results and the setting as topmost in query.
However, for some files, the desired program is not in the results, so I cannot set it as top most.

Is there a file somewhere that I can edit ?
