[Feature] Support clearing sort data

Flow Launcher automatically moves frequently used items to the top, but if you touch an item by mistake and cause it to move to the front, it will be difficult to restore the original state.

Support clearing sort data

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating where frequently used item ordering is stored and updated, then determine how a user should invoke clearing it and what state should be restored. Done means the accumulated sort data can be cleared and the original ordering returns without affecting unrelated launcher data.
