[Feature Request] Dialog Jump: Add Option to Display List of Open Explorer Directory Windows

One of the things I really like about DirQuickJump (https://github.com/idkidknow/Flow.Launcher.Plugin.DirQuickJump), which Dialog Jump borrows some code from (https://github.com/idkidknow/Flow.Launcher.Plugin.DirQuickJump/issues/9, #1018) and which I still use, is that when I type the Action Keyword it displays a list of all open Explorer Windows to pick from. This feels like a natural option to add for when **Show Dialog Jump Window** is Enabled (ie, to have something like a sub-option of "**List All Open Explorer Windows**").
