BUG: Ctrl + ? to Unintendedly Resizing Input Window

### Problem Description

Hello,

I disabled any keybind where this is possible and even enabled a static size for the input field in the settings but still, when I accidently pressed Ctrl + ?, it strangely resizes (reduces the size) of the input field in such a way, it cannot be intended.

A reset for the default size in the settings would also be much appreciated.

Start by reproducing the Ctrl + ? behavior in Flow Launcher 2.1.3 and trace the input-window sizing and keyboard-binding entry points. Done means Ctrl + ? no longer unintentionally reduces the input field size, with the requested default-size reset addressed or its scope clarified.
