[ENHANCEMENT] Disable the dynamic reordering of search results in Web Search plugin.

It's frustrating when the search result order changes based on history. I want the order to stay fixed according to my setting because the shifting positions mess up my muscle memory. I need Alt+1 to always be Google AI Mode, and so on.

I would like a feature to disable the dynamic reordering of search results in Web Search.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

I have tried to manually re-adjust my habits, but it is impossible to overcome muscle memory when the shortcuts (Alt+1, Alt+2, etc.) keep shifting. Currently, I have to visually confirm the list every single time before pressing a key, which significantly slows down my workflow.

First, set two search engine action keywords to *. Next, perform a search using the second search engine. Finally, clear the search box and tap the same query again.
