Dev: Selecting a History result does not bump the result until Home Page result list is refreshed again

### Problem Description

Selecting a History result does not bump the result until Home Page result list is refreshed via re-query or clearing of new query.

### To Reproduce

1. 'Last opened history' for 'Last Query Style' is chosen, Home Page is enabled and 'Show History Results in Home Page' is enabled.
2. Select an existing history result on the Home Page that's not first on the list.
3. Go back to the search window and the selected result should get bumped higher in the result list.
4. Do a re-query (Ctrl + R), the result then gets bumped higher on the result list.

Reproduce the issue using the listed History and Home Page settings, then inspect the existing open pull request #4638 and the code paths it changes. Done means selecting a non-first History result immediately moves it higher in the Home Page list without requiring Ctrl + R or clearing the query.
