BUG: Hide flow launcher on startup doesn't work?

### Problem Description

I have checked the "Start flow launcher on system startup", along with the "hide flow launcher on startup option" but whenever windows boots up the flow launcher appears and I have to close it.

Isn't this not supposed to happen after checking the "hide flow launcher on startup" or is it intended.

1. Install flow launcher
2. Check the "Start flow launcher on startup" option
3. Check the "hide flow launcher on startup" option
